Mr F D'Arcy FRCS
Consultant ENT Surgeon, Royal Victoria and Mater Hospital Belfast.
 
After graduating in the National University of Ireland Galway Medical School in 1965 with Honours Degree he specialised in Otolaryngology having trained in Dublin and at Manchester. 
 
He attained an MSc degree in Clinical Audiology (Scientific Measurement of Hearing) from the Medical Faculty of Manchester University in 1981 through examination and research.
 
He was appointed Consultant ENT Surgeon at the Royal Victoria Hospital and Mater Hospital Belfast in 1979.  He practices in general otolaryngology with special interest in hearing and balance.
 
He has a wide experience in medico-legal practice of problems relating to the ear, nose and throat, the head and neck (deafness, vertigo, tinnitus, headaches, taste and smell problems, industrial accidents and trauma).
