Eunice Minford currently works in the NHS as a Consultant General Surgeon in Antrim Area Hospital. She graduated in Medicine from Aberdeen University in 1989 with Distinction in Surgery.  She trained in General Surgery, Liver and Kidney Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery. She has worked and trained in Aberdeen, Dumfries, Newcastle upon Tyne and Birmingham. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1993 and completed her surgical training in 2001. Eunice worked as a Locum Consultant in General, Vascular and Trauma surgery at The Royal London Hospital, London before undertaking a Fellowship in Abdominal Organ Transplantation at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. She subsequently returned to N. Ireland and has been working in Antrim since 2004.
